Build Strong Topline of Your Horse

Changing movement patterns

Changing movement patterns is a long process. Think about learning to swim. Someone can explain what to do with your arms and legs, and you can understand the explanation, but that does not mean you can swim. You still need to get into the water and learn how to put those movements together. At first, you may work very hard and barely move forwards. With practice, you begin to feel how to move through the water.
