Affiliate Terms

Effective date: 15 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-15

1. Operator and participation

The OHL Books affiliate programme is operated by Guided Boost PSA, ul. Domaniewska 37, 02-672 Warsaw, Poland, NIP PL5214177112, KRS 0001261827. These terms apply only to referrals to OHL Books, not to OHL Groups or other One Horse Life services. The contact details below apply to programme enquiries and cancellation requests.

Participation is by administrator invitation and is available to adults acting on their own behalf or with authority for their business. An affiliate is an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, instructor or authorised professional practitioner of One Horse Life. There is no joining fee, guaranteed income or minimum sales promise. Your commission percentage is displayed in your affiliate dashboard or separately agreed in writing.

2. Acceptance and your account

Read these terms before generating or changing your coupon. By checking the acceptance box and saving the coupon, or using the separate acceptance button, you agree to this version. We record your account, the document version and fingerprint, the acceptance time, and the action used. An administrator creating your affiliate record does not accept on your behalf. Existing affiliates must accept personally; we do not backdate acceptance.

Protect your account and provide accurate payment and tax information. You can save or print this page. General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy continue to apply to your account.

3. Coupons and referral attribution

Your affiliate coupon waives the introductory three-day trial fee only. It does not waive the recurring membership price, taxes where applicable, or future payments. Explain the trial duration, subsequent recurring price and cancellation requirement clearly. The current offer and final checkout total control; do not advertise permanent free access. Coupons cannot be combined at checkout. One trial is available per eligible account.

Use only your assigned code and referral link. Changing your code disables the old code and updates your link while preserving past attribution. Customer entry of a valid coupon at a completed, payment-provider-confirmed checkout determines attribution. Clicking a link alone does not earn commission. The first confirmed referral remains attached to that subscription; another code does not transfer it. You may not refer yourself, create artificial accounts, evade trial restrictions or manipulate attribution.

Visit statistics depend on analytics consent and are not a count of every visitor. Blocked cookies or another device may prevent link-based recognition; an explicitly redeemed coupon can still identify a referral. Report apparent attribution errors promptly with relevant transaction references, without sending payment-card details.

4. Commission and the fixed 10% deduction

Commission is calculated on confirmed referred payments after refunds and a fixed 10% deduction. Your agreed commission percentage is then applied to the remaining 90%. For example, 100 monetary units of eligible revenue after refunds, less the fixed 10 units, gives a base of 90; at a 30% commission rate you earn 27. The 10% is a deduction from the revenue base, not a reduction of ten percentage points from your commission rate.

This fixed deduction replaces actual Stripe, payment-processing and other provider-fee deductions in the affiliate calculation. Those fees are not deducted again. Calculations use the verified payment settlement amount and currency, rather than mixing a customer invoice in one currency with deductions in another. Rounding is to the settlement currency’s minor unit. A free trial, unpaid invoice or failed payment earns no commission.

The dashboard percentage applies to new referrals. A rate already attached to a referral remains its rate for eligible later payments, subject to effective cancellation below. No new commission accrues on payments received at or after effective cancellation of the affiliate relationship or the referred subscription. Cancelling a subscription at the end of a paid period takes effect when that subscription actually ends, not when cancellation is first requested.

5. Monthly statements and payments

We settle commission monthly for the preceding completed calendar month, using Europe/Warsaw time. There is no additional rolling 30-day hold. Eligible payments received during October, for example, enter the November settlement. Payments are reviewed and processed manually; a dashboard balance or prepared payout record is not confirmation that a transfer has occurred.

Provide the payment details and any legally required invoice or tax documentation needed for payment. Unresolved payment verification, refunds, disputes, fraud concerns or missing required details may delay the affected amount; undisputed eligible amounts remain payable. We will explain material holds on request. The payout history records completed transfers and their dates. Separate currencies are shown separately.

6. Refunds, disputes and corrections

Refunded revenue does not earn commission. Partial refunds reduce the revenue base proportionately, with the same fixed 10% deduction applied to the remaining revenue. An open or lost payment dispute withholds the affected commission; a resolved favourable dispute permits review and reinstatement. Later refunds can correct previously approved or paid earnings. Corrections appear in the history, and any overpaid balance offsets future payouts rather than silently deleting a payment record. You may challenge an error through the contact details below.

7. Honest promotion and disclosure

Clearly identify advertising and explain near each promotional link or coupon that you can earn commission. Use a disclosure your audience understands, in the language of the promotion, visible before they act; do not hide it behind a profile link or a long list of hashtags. For example: “Advertisement: I may earn a commission if you subscribe using my code.” Follow applicable advertising law and the rules of the platform you use.

Make truthful claims based on the actual offer and your real experience. Do not fabricate reviews, results, endorsements, scarcity or qualifications. Do not promise medical, veterinary, safety or training outcomes. Affiliate status does not authorise professional use or teaching of One Horse Life methods. Do not send spam, use unlawfully obtained mailing lists, impersonate OHL Books, or mislead people about prices, cancellation or the commercial relationship.

8. Content, brand and customer privacy

Use only promotional assets we provide or expressly approve, for the purpose of promoting OHL Books during your participation. Do not reproduce paid books, chapters or audio, or disclose private customer information. Brand and content ownership remains with the relevant rights holders. Do not register confusing domains or accounts, buy advertising presented as an official OHL account, or publish unauthorised coupon offers.

You do not gain access to referred customers’ identities or private library activity. Use your own lawfully collected audience information in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic-marketing rules. Acceptance and payment records are kept for programme administration, evidence of agreement and applicable accounting/legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Cancellation and accrued earnings

You may request cancellation through the contact details below. We confirm the effective date. We may end participation on notice, or suspend promotion promptly for suspected fraud, misleading promotion or other serious breach while we review the issue. An administrative pause stops new coupon use but is not itself cancellation of accrued rights. Ending and archiving the affiliate relationship records its effective cancellation time and disables its coupon.

After effective cancellation, no new commissions accrue, including renewals by previously referred customers. Payments received before that time remain eligible under the agreed rate and monthly settlement rules, even if their provider confirmation arrives later. Legitimately accrued unpaid earnings remain payable, subject to refunds, disputes and documented corrections. Cancellation does not cancel customer memberships or erase accounting history. Stop using programme assets and remove active promotions once participation ends.

10. Changes, responsibility and disputes

We publish dated revisions and request acceptance of a new version before coupon changes under that version. Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice; they do not silently remove accrued rights. An individually agreed written term controls where it expressly varies these terms. Contact us if you do not accept a proposed change so participation can be ended and accrued amounts settled.

Each party is responsible for its own lawful conduct and tax obligations. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Polish law governs, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply. Contact Guided Boost PSA using the details below to raise questions or resolve a dispute.
